Idealine™ RPF
Idealine™ RPF is a silver halide phototooling film designed specifically for use on red helium-neon and red diode photoplotters.
RPF offers:
- Excellent line edge acuity for optimal image transfer to photoresists.
- Dimensionally stable structure that reduces registration errors.
- Scratch and abrasion resistant double overcoat to reduce handling defects and extend phototool life
- Outstanding process latitude giving exceptional line width control.
Idealine™ OPF
Idealine™ OPF is a silver halide phototooling film designed for use in both photoplotters and contact frames. OPF is an orthochromatic product (sensitive to both blue and green light) which provides:
- Excellent line edge acuity for optimal image transfer to photoresists.
- Dimensionally stable structure that reduces registration errors.
- Scratch and abrasion resistant double overcoat to reduce handling defects and extend phototool life
- Outstanding process latitude giving exceptional line width control.
