Fabricators are facing ever increasing demands such as decreasing turn-around time, tighter tolerances on registration and imaging on no planar surfaces. Laser direct imaging is a means to resolving these issues. To fully utilize a laser direct imager and minimize operating costs, the photoresist must have ultra fast photospeed but be compatible with all conventional printed circuit board processes.
