DuPont™ Vertrel® X-DF is a product designed for removal of water and contaminants and is ideal for rapid and spot-free drying. DuPont™ Vertrel® X-DF helps in lowering energy consumption, thereby reducing costs.

DuPont™ Vertrel® X-DF consists of DuPont™ Vertrel® MCA and a surfactant, and has zero ozone-depletion potential (ODP) and very low global warming potential (GWP).

Displacement Drying
The DuPont™ Vertrel® displacement drying system operates on the displacement principle and uses the high density and low surface tension (wetting ability) of DuPont™ Vertrel® MCA and a hydrophobic surfactant additive that promotes water separation while ensuring the spot-free drying of electrically nonconductive parts.
