Short delivery lead-time

- Tooling charge inclusive of 1,000pcs of trays: US $ 8,000.00
- Tooling charge inclusive of 2,000pcs of trays: US $ 12,000.00
- Standard material: PPE + carbon powder 150C max.

- Outline dimension : JEDEC 322.6 x 135.6 x 135.9 x 7.62mm
- Warpage : Equal and less than 0,76mm
- Tolerance : +-0.25mm. +-0.05~0.13mm for packets.

Usage
- Tray for ceramic package, package on prototype stage, low volume package in quality, internal processing and special usage.
Semi-Quick tool
- Tray for package which may increase in usage in the future and needs to be repeatable.
- tooling cost is almost twice as high as Quick tool, however, it can be durable until 100k pcs.
Remark : This is exclusive of tray cost and tooling can not be retrievable afterward)
